Just heard it again today on the radio as they celebrate Gary Barlow’s 40th birthday (Take That).

When people create vision boards, or listen to their favorite songs and go into the ZONE experience, this increases their levels of dopamine in the brain (increasing their FEEL GOOD emotions) this enhances not only health but overall well being. Changing a persons vibration… Enjoy!  ;-)

Welcome 2011

Good, so we’re off and running.

It’s now officially 2011 in every country around the Globe

Yesterday (31^st December) I had a day of Reflection and Gratitude; reviewing some of my old Journals of my Adventures, and in summary for 2010, I reckon there have undoubtedly been many challenges for virtually everyone I know, and yet, in truth all of my friends (and myself) met some fabulous new friends, created new opportunities, moved on in their world and are truly looking forward to an exciting and abundant 2011 – yeeha!! )

Today (1^st January) may be a great day for Dreaming and Planning (and writing it all down again).
Here’s to the Healthiest & Wealthiest Year we’ve ever known.
