Hi, I’m Mike,

In October 2008, I decided to ‘walk the talk’ and go live the life of my dreams.

Because I have an old Boxer dog (he was almost 10 years old when we set off, and 10 is old for a pedigree Boxer), I didn’t want to fly him anywhere as I decided that would not be fair.

So I purchased a campervan with the intention of touring Europe, taking my dog with me, and generating 100% of my income via the web.

Of course it would have been cheaper for me to fly (one ferry trip to Sicily alone cost me €520 one-way), but there are many many advantages of taking your mobile home with you, including the fact that my dog has no idea that he is another country (except it is usually noticeably warmer than Bonnie Scotland).

Since we set off, my dog has been with me to 21 different countries (I know that because he keeps sending me postcards – joke).

I’ve had a few additional holidays in-between, putting my dog into kennels whilst I went off ski-ing and a month in India.

I have spent many, many hours online.  I KNOW how to get onto the first page of Google.  I know how to make money via Facebook and Social Media.

I have trained many students How To Make Money Online.

I have many websites, facebook pages, photographs, experiences, smiles…
LIFE IS SO ABUNDANT!!

My Bio

I ran my own very successful IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) Practice in Edinburgh for 17 years.  I was Chairman of the Professional Body in 2000, and a member of the elite Million-Dollar Round Table (MDRT) reserved for the top 3% of Financial Advisers in the World.

I have founded and Chaired many groups and associations, all in the realms of Personal Development & Charitable Fundraising.

I was invited to HRH The Queen’s Royal Garden Party at age 25 (I reckon I was the youngest person there), President of Rotaract 3 times, Chairman of Area twice, winner of various achievement awards (all of which came out of the blue) including ‘Contribution to the Community’.

Amongst others, I founded and Chaired YES-Scotland, Yes-musketeers, Basket Brigade, Inspire Scotland (The Largest Inspirational Event Ever To Come To Scotland), The First Internet Summit In Scotland.

Clean Living Scottish Upbringing

I have been very fortunate to have avoided cigarettes, alcohol and drugs all of my life, and as such I consider myself to be EXTREMELY fortunate.

I was brought up in Scotland, and taught to be humble in all of our achievements.  One of my observations, and the reason I decided to host the InspireScotland event, with the audacious goal of inspiring 10,000 people all at once, is that Scots in particular have been key to most of the world’s evolutions that we now take for granted.
The world’s first Billionaire was a Scotsman (Andrew Carnegie).  He was also the man responsible for building libraries in most of the major cities around the world, and yet again humility is once again abound (most people don’t realise that this one man made this happen)… when asked what he would like above the door in recognition of his efforts, he replied simply; I don’t want or need the recognition, so let the epitaph be simply “Let There Be Light”

And so it is; Scotsmen & The British in general were actually instrumental in the creation of so many of the things we currently take for granted; tarmacadam (roadsurfacing), welly boots, raincoats (macintosh), electricity, telephone, penicillin, radar, locomotion,  etc…. and even more intriguingly, most of this happened within the last 100-200 years.

So what has happened since?

Have we stifled the dreamers of today?

It seems to me that there are many many people with such incredible potential lying dormant within them.

Maybe one of those future world leaders is YOU!

My Passions

I Love Photography, Kickboxing, Cycling, Swimming, Ski-ing.

I LOVE making a difference to someone else’s life.  I love seeing that ‘lightbulb’ moment as they suddenly ‘get it’.

I have been fortunate to have been involved in Personal Development for more than 20 years now. I have met and shared the speaking platform with some of the world’s foremost inspirational speakers & leaders in their field including; Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Sir Bob Geldof, Christopher Reeve (Superman), Sir Roger Bannister (ran the 1st four-minute mile).
I have also spoken around the world at various Internet Marketing summits, and I generate 100% of my income via the web.

One of my favourite topics is breaking through our limited beliefs, and I would love YOU to join us on this exciting journey of discovery to see what we can achieve together (not just as individuals) as a congruent team all supporting each other.
